Ice Age Park & Trail Foundation - Marquette Chapter

Marquette Co. Chapter of the Ice Age Trail is a fairly new chapter with one Trail segment completed and more to be developed. The Trail segment at John Muir County Park and State Natural Area is close to several other identified natural areas including the Fox River Wildlife Refuge (NFWL), Page Creek, and Observatory Hill.  Buffalo Township in Marquette Co. is the boyhood home of John Muir. He is known as the father of the National Park System and a primary influence on the environmental preservation and conservation movements. Come join us on the trail, cultivate community conservation, and build outdoor family traditions.
